Don't you just love this stamp set and the beautiful cards that can be made with it? I am SO going to miss this set when Christmas is over.
Do you like the background? I will show you how to make that.
Card Ingredients:
Stamp set: Snow Swirled 111690 24.95
Cardstock: Almost Amethyst (5 ½ x 8 ½) 102158 5.50, Brushed Silver (5 x 3 ¾) 100712 7.95, Whisper White (2 pieces each 4 ¾ x 3 ½) 100730 7.50, scrap of cardstock (2 ¼ x 3 ½)
Ink: Almost Amethyst101723 5.25, Elegant Eggplant 105120 5.25
Extras: Sponges 101610, white taffeta ribbon 109070, 2 way glue pen 100425, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter 102023, Paper Snips 103579
Step 1. Start out with two pieces of cardstock. Whisper white piece 4 ¾ x 3 ½. You will also need a scrap of cardstock 2 ¼ x 3 ½ (in the picture mine is a scrap of Certainly Celery).
Step 2. Trace around the scrap piece on to your whisper white cardstock.
Step 3. Using your paper snips trim out the inside of the whisper white cardstock.
Step 4. Lay your mat (created above) on another piece of whisper white cardstock. Using your stampin' sponge, sponge on Almost Amethyst ink. Add snowflakes in Almost Amethyst as well.
Step 5. Take away the mat and add the snow swirled tree with Elegant Eggplant ink. Also add Seasons Greetings.
Step 6. "Pounce" the 2 way glue pen on your tree. Sprinkle on Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
Step 7. Adhere whisper white to brushed silver cardstock.
Step 8. Cut a piece of ribbon 6" long. Line up where you would like it on the front of you card. Adhere to back. Cut another piece of ribbon 4" long. Tie it to the other ribbon on the front of your card (you can see a tutorial of that here).
Step 9. Fold Almost Amythest cardstock in half. Adhere the Brushed Silver cardstock to the almost amethyst piece.
You are finished!!

Very, very beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing. I, too, love this set!
