Stampin' Up! is So Smart!

A Holiday Decoration Idea

Who doesn't love candles?  And these candles can be used as great holiday decorations as well.  The technique is tissue paper added to the candles.

 

These also use our Sticky Letters with glitter added to them for a great effect.
