Here is Layout 2 from my Scrapbooking Weekend.

Again, I used the same patterned paper and the background paper of Crumb Cake. These pages are 12 x 12. I got out my Big Shot and also my scallop punch. Scallop punch is 119882. For the curvy borders and such I used the Tasteful Trim Die 120893 that I used in the Big Shot.
Here is Layout 1 for you to take a look at.
Yesterday I gave you the idea of doing the same thing with new paper. Today, I am going to give you a suggestion on putting together a vacation album.
For a vacation album, it is the same process. You will need:
- Scrapbook (12 x 12 is nice)
- Pack or two of the SAME patterned paper
- Pack or two of the SAME 12 x 12 cardstock for the pages
- Adhesive. I would choose SNAIL adhesive – 104432
- Paper Trimmer
- Accessories – punches, Big Shot, and Dies
Let me talk a bit about the patterned paper and cardstock today. I will talk about albums tomorrow.
For a vacation album, your paper choice is going to vary just a bit. What kind of vacation was it?
For me, a vacation is an outdoorsy vacation. A good choice for me would be the Well Worn paper from the New Idea Book and Catalog.

Here are the colors that go with the Well Worn cardstock.

What color to use for the background? You could choose either Soft Suede or River Rock. Either one would be a good choice.
Be back tomorrow – I will have Layout 3 for you. I will also talk about Scrapbooks.
